| A. | We arrange for one of Royal Mail’s rivals to collect your mailing campaign. They transport the mail bags around the country and hand them to Royal Mail for delivery by the Postman. |

| A. | Yes – a return address MUST be present on the envelope |

| A. | Although unusual, we have a track and trace system to locate the mail that may have gone astray. |

| A. | No – there is no need to change the mailing house you normally use and we arrange for training to run through any changes they need to know. |
